Established in 1998, Shanghai Huaou Paper & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (Huaou) is a joint venture established by investors of Hong Kong and Mainland China. With precise management and marketing strategy, Huaou has expended dramatically with workforce increasing from 5 people to over 600 workers within 10 years. In production section, our business has expanded from only hang strings, hangtags, labels and relevant garment accessories to woven straps, plastic packaging bags and other related products, totally 3 categories and over 200 kinds.
